Old Soul Coping in a
Mature Soul World By Caris Palm Turpen
Over the last few years you've been
given a number of tools to help you better understand yourself and those around
you. From the Old Soul perspective, there are a few we would like to point out
as having the most impact on how you might adapt or adjust to the trials and
tribulations of the loss and anguish you have around you from the young and
mature souls whose cries disturb the night.
First of all, identify your top three Needs. Find ways to
support them.
Second, identify your Four Pillars and DO THEM. ALL of them.
Three, sometimes it helps to make a drawing of your Support
Circle and actually put little pictures of the people you consider to be in
each position.
Fourth, de-cord on a regular basis. For some, this is every
day.
Fifth, find time to be alone. Do a Garbo. But remember to come
back.
Sixth, express yourself. Don't give a hoot about who sees.
Seventh, Be of Service to others.
