True Recognition

I've noticed that when I encounter someone with whom I share a strong connection, I get an interesting inner sensation that I've come to call "recognition." I'm not sure if its heart chakra related, but it's definitely somewhere in the middle chest area. It's a very selective sensation, and so far it's only occurred with people who I've later validated having a connection with. In most cases I've experienced this "recognition" almost instantaneously after meeting people who were later channeled to be mate agreements. But I've also experienced it with others who I subsequently found out only shared strong past life ties with me.

This sensation doesn't happen very often, so I've been able to use it as a reliable tool in homing in on the important people in my life.

Now this is a subtle sensation, so I've found I had to make careful distinctions between true recognition and more common emotional responses like finding someone physically attractive, or wanting to be connected to a person I liked. If infatuation or sex is involved, it's very easy to psyche oneself into seeing all kinds of connections that really don't exist. True recognition is less about fireworks going off in the body, and more about noticing an inner radar that provides very accurate signals if they're not confused with the conflicting array of other sensations we often receive.
