Bio:
I am married to a mature warrior and a mother of two children (young sage and mature warrior). I am a Speech-Language Pathologist and I find my profession feeds my life task in a rather enjoyable way. I primarily work with children as I enjoy their energy and joyful states of being.
I grew up in a semi-religious home so it allows me to converse (at a religious level) with some of the people here in the bible belt. I find great fun discussing life and all it's relationship intricacies with others. I have some fundamental leanings toward old-soul-dom, but I am most surely a mature soul...through and through!
I am a member of Bear working group. There are several of us that are in contact with each other on the physical plane. We have a website: soulsjourney.com . It is our electronic cave. :-)
I have been reading and re-reading the Yarbro books since 1985. I was primarily engaged in a self-study. I would freely talk about it with my family, but it wasn't until going online that I found the Michael community and there the knowledge expanded.
I thought I was a Server/Slave for many years, but I lacked a sense of what I call "common gooding" that I saw in Servers in my family (and friends). So when I was channeled as a Scholar, I had to sit with it for many months...I never even toyed with being a Scholar before that. But looking back through my life, I saw that I wanted information first and foremost...and usually information about the intricacies of relationships. Yet another validation of the Mature soul age.
Life Task:
Elucidation of truth of both a personal nature and for others. Subsection having to do with perception and clarity. Exploring of thoughts, ideas and concepts of a large or "moral" nature which could then be applied to the personal sphere of thoughts and opinions. Clarification of personal values is a key component. Assisting others in the process of expressing their own truth and accessing their inner resources.
How I found the Michael Teachings:
I was introduced to the Messages From Michael by my cousin (no doubt about an agreement there!). She gave me the book at her father's home in St. Augustine, Florida. I read the book while sunning myself on the beach, I remember looking out into the deep blue water and thinking "I never dreamed I would encounter Truth while trying to get a suntan."
